We OWN “Benicia Property Management” in Google images

 

Yes, it’s true.  Try it for yourself, Google the keywords “Benicia Property Management” and hit the “Images” tab in the upper left corner.  Of the first 75 images that are displayed, 70 are by Delgado Property Management. 

 

Yes, 70 out of 75 images are direct links back to one of our blogs! Many of those 70 contain our logo!  It’s truly a beautiful site to behold!

We have similar success with other area keywords such as “Vallejo Property Management” and we have a good presence in “Benicia Rental Homes” and many others as well. 

 

So, yes, follow the advice given by AR and make sure to name your images.  It does help with the SEO!  We get a huge portion of our business, both clients and renters, from our strong Internet presence.  I am sure that the overwhelming appearance of our images is a part of this success.

Mark: We started doing this back in 1997 with some websites we owned, and it's always worked well for us. After awhile it becomes second nature. Why WOULDN'T you name your photos? But so many websites are data based driven and I don't think one has a choice with them. Mine are done the old fashioned way.

Good tip.  I always name my pictures but don't always add a logo.  Maybe I need to put in the extra effort.

Google CICI AND PICO and you get my dogs. I learned at Charlotte Rain Camp in 2010 to name our blog photos to get GOOGLE JUICE!

I don't know How to do a screenshot but I found I owned 30 of the first 231,000 images myself for my target group.
