12 new clients with Benicia Rental Homes in just one week

Yes, it has been an interesting week, and a busy one too.  We’ve signed up 12 new clients with Benicia Rental Homes in just this past week.  We’ve had some busy weeks before but I can’t remember a time when we signed 12 new client contracts in such a short time frame

Word has gotten out about our service and clients are now actively seeking us out.  We are happy to assist with their Benicia Rental Homes since we know the market very well and can typically place qualified renters very quickly.  

We choose to only work locally.  We do get calls from clients in other areas such as Fairfield or Martinez but we politely decline those offers since we prefer to stay in the local market that we know best.  In this way, we can provide both the best service to new clients and also avoid spreading our efforts to thin so that we can also maintain our service to our existing clients. 

In previous blogs we’ve described our strong internet presence as a big factor in our success.  While this is certainly true, that is not all there is to it.  Knowledge of our specialty, good customer service, providing strong results, handling issues fairly and even covering the basics such as returning phone calls are all traits that have helped to establish our strong reputation. 

We get as much business from word of mouth referrals as we do from out internet presence.    In short, the internet helps us to develop traffic, but it is the skills of our agents and staff that produce the results.

So, we look forward to many more good weeks ahead.
