If you are looking for a rental in the Benicia or Vallejo area you must contact Delgado Property Management. I spent weeks (waste of time) looking for places myself online and came up disappointed every time. It takes hours to go through craiglist and other rental site postings only to find the properties aren't as nice as you'd hoped or not exactly what you wanted. I was getting so discouraged and thought we'd just have to settle with what few homes we could find. Just before giving up all hope and settling, we contacted Delgado (best decision ever) and immediately we were shown houses that met our criteria and standards perfectly. Most of the homes hadn't been listed online yet and are so nice they rent before they can even post them. Every home they showed us was beautiful and they didn't waste our time showing us places that didn't meet our requests. I absolutely recommend you contact them first if you are looking in the Benicia or Vallejo area. You won't be able to find homes like these on your own and you will waste a huge amount of time trying (as I did). We worked with Veronica and she was such a relief compared to some of the agents we met with at other property viewings. She was so nice and extremely professional, responding to all of our needs, answering all of our questions, and giving us peace of mind in the decision we were making.
